DescriptionAccount Dept
1)Issue P/O after verification of PR and follow up with confirmation of acceptance.
2)Review all invoices, check delivery status and confirm all in order before key in to accounting system.
3) Prepare month end closing reports for creditors, fixed assets & others and meet deadline.
4) Payment preparation to creditors & expenses.
5) Keep proper documentation, records & fillings.
6) Ability to keep confidentiality on all account information.
7) Ensure good communication with all departments, suppliers & 3rd party.
8) Assist on bills payment, banking transactions, post office mails.
9) Ability to keep confidentiality on all company information.
10) Assist on arrangement for business license, insurance coverage, Tenancy & others.
