Position: ACCOUNT ASSISTANT – 1 Position (Base in Pulau Indah Plant)

Job Responsibilities

• To responsible for Accounts Receivable matters;
• To prepare monthly sales invoice and reconcile debtors’ collection;
• Manage customer’s and suppliers’ billing;
• Able to extract relevant financial data from third-party statements in concluding monthly sales;
• To manage bank reconciliation in ensuring book-keeping is up-to-date;
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Any other assignments and duties as given by Management from time to time;
• Immediate available or within short notice preferred.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in accountancy;
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience with accounting knowledge but suitable fresh graduate will be considered.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word & Computerized Accounting Software / System;
• Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written);
• Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people;
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
• Strong attention to details and ability to follow-through with a high level of accuracy;
• Positive and proactive attitude as well as emotionally intelligent are crucial;
• Applicant must be willing to work in Pulau Indah;
• Male candidate preferred.
