Job Responsibility
To provide support with accounts and administrative work for the finance team.
Sort and prepare petty cash claims and expense claims using Excel.
Perform data entry for petty cash, expense claims, and AP & AR into the accounting software.
Process payments via cheque preparation.
Perform accounting reconciliations.
Perform filing according to requirements.

Minimum Diploma in Finance & Accounting
Knowledge in accounting software such as QuickBooks/Xero is a must
Knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel
Able to speak, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum 1-year working experience in the same capacity (80% accounts work).
Have some SST knowledge.
A highly dependent person with a sense of urgency, responsibility & result-oriented.
Able to work under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Preferably candidates staying in Puchong and/or willing to work in Bandar Puteri, Puchong.
5-day work week with medical & parking
