Description

- Attend and follow up customers enquiries.
- Assist documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and matching documents.
- Handle office administrative duties.
- Responsible to manage and drive all the social media platforms including corporate website, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, newsletter, SMS and etc
- Analyze, monitor and measure marketing activity effectiveness and track performance
- To generate and prepare marketing reports.
- Perform any other activities and ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
