~ Familiarity with office processes, including filing and directing telephone calls
~ Computer literacy and facility with word processing, spreadsheets, data entry
~ Accurate and efficient typing skills for data entry, taking minutes, drafting correspondence and other documents
~ Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes
~ Perform cyclic stock checks
~ Check and adjust shop floor data collection data
~ Ensure works orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly
~ Good communication and interpersonal skills
