Job Description • Handling general administrative duties • Preparation of documents, filing • Ensure all documents are filed accordingly • Provides administrative supports to the department. • Answers phone calls, supports visitors, and schedules meetings • Supports and assist in performing general clerical & administration duties • Performs other related duties as assigned • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time Requirement • Must possess own laptop or device(s) to be used in the course of performing the duties and responsibilities under this contract. • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field (IT is preferred). • Know how to use Microsoft office
