Duties & Resposibilities :
• Identify and promote Roca Group products with Architects, Designers, Consultants and Developers for Private and Public projects to ensure positive end-result of
successful specifications.
• Prospect for new accounts and seek opportunities to increase saturation of existing ones and increase market share.
• Knowledgeable on all product brands and categories (Roca, Johnson Suisse, Econax and Laufen) for effective/correct specifications.
• Keep up to date with construction /property market and competitors’ industry trends
• Monitor and track projects with the use of company technology, including the assigned C4C platform
• Maintain relations with clients by providing support, information and quality service at all times.
• Communicate regularly with Sales Team to ensure pull-through of specified products/projects.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Marketing or equivalent
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Senior Executives & experience in sales is an added advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Team player
• Skills required : Interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, team player skills and time management skills
• Target conscious.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Resourceful, self-starter and responsible
