Job content

Planning, supervising and coordinating all landscape design process, drawing preparation, construction activity, operations and progress of works.
Responsible to check all related tender and construction drawings to ensure the construction is in line with the specifications, material selection, dimensions, and design intent and construction quality of landscape.
Manage and ensure the landscape design work by consultant is practicable and within timeline
Responsible to monitor and coordinate with main contractor, consultant and local authority.
Attend all related site meeting, Design Coordination meeting, Management Meeting, joint site measurement and local authority inspection.
Responsible in selection and appointment of landscape consultant and verify consultant claim based on project progress.
Support Contract Department for entire tender exercises.
All other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:-

Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture / Horticulture / Arboriculture or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of experience in related field.
Experience in construction site management is an added advantage.
Good knowledge in horticulture or plant botany.
Well-versed in softscape, hardscape and plants maintenance.
Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
Position to be based at Bertam, Penang.
