Roles & Reponsibilities:

Establishing purchasing and inventory control procedures, based on corporate material control policy and coordinates material requirements to ensure minimum cost and lead times
Ensure and manage the integrity and eefectiveness of purchasing section
Responsible for adhering to corporate policies and procedures including ISO and IPO quality management system
Control timely and sufficient supply of raw material and packaging materials to fulfil production requirement
Review and approve purchase order on a timely basis and drive for minimum liability
To maintain healthy and accurate turnover rate
Conduct supplier performance reviewsand support the team to maintain supplier consistent on time delivery.
Ensure compliance with custom and other regulatory procedures.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Material Science), Logistic/ Transportation, Business Studies/ Administration or equivalent
Required skill(s): Good Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Advanced MS Excel
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Procurement / Purchasing or related field is required for this position.
