Degree or Diploma in any discipline
At least 2 years’ experience in F&B management and min 1 year as Manager in charge
Good technical or SOP knowledge.
Proven of upholding operations and company standards
Responsibility
To be responsible for the entire operations of the restaurant/outlets,
Providing leadership and control in outlet, ensuring all customers to receive good service and quality of food,
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety,
Preparing report for shift/week, including staff control and sales,
Team player and able to train and guide outlet team.
