Job content

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective safety and security work flow
• Assign and coordinates work to supervisor & subordinates
• Liaise with management office and attend to all tenants’ complaints pertaining to all safety & security matters
• Plan, manage, supervise, co-ordinate, monitor and recommend to management a schedule for safety and security policies & procedures
• Assist and ensure yearly testing on security system at all sites in order i.e. Fire alarm, LPG and etc
• Assist and ensure yearly assessment on staff capability and compliance with existing policies, procedures & SOPs i.e. emergency situasions, medical situations, domestic violence, enforcement of house rules etc
• Identify source and budgets for safety and security operational costs required to carry out the works & make recommendations for procurement according procedures
• Ensure all license, authority registrations and inspections pertaining to facilities renewed on time
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Security Management or equivalent
• At least 5-10 years of working experience
• Good verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
• Knowledge in BOMBA Act, Building by Law, OSHA Act and Microsoft software i.e Word & Excel
• Able to read & understand M&E drawings
