Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform admin function for the Company :- e.g. uploading products to company online store, marketplace (Shopee/Lazada), maintain up-to-date online product listing, products’ pricing, inventory as well as online order processing, including packing and getting ready for courier service pick up.
  • Acting as customer service to reply online customers’ enquiry, guide customer to place an order, to give feedback and good rating.
  • Performing basic accounting task, e.g. assisting accountant to key in the accounting data into excel or software :- Preparing invoice payable listing (training will be given by superior).
  • Providing assistance to other staffs when necessary.
  • Other ad hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate must posses or currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrator or related field.
  • Studies :- Administration Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Languages : English and Malay.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (people - person)
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
