Responsible for executing Marketing Strategies as well as meeting customer’s needs and offering solutions and support.

Main Job And Responsibilities
  • Manage and sustain existing customer relationship and developing new partnerships.
  • Identify new opportunities and ensuring awareness of Competitor’s products and services.
  • Managing existing customer database and submit weekly and monthly reports.
  • Maintain detailed customer profile for management’s reference.
  • Monitor progress and execution of each project and contract expiry.
  • Proactively manage and deliver customer service in line with customer’s needs.
  • Work closely with Technical Support Team to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assign or required from time to time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
