Job Description

We are looking for interns to join our Business Development Team and support the industries to transform their ways of conducting business. We have various opportunities available ranging from sellers relationship management, projects, supply chain management to commercial excellence!

What will you do?
  • Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to identify potential sellers
  • Promote and encourage new sellers to come on board the Shopee platform
  • Work closely with our sellers to help them maximise sales potential by leveraging data, insights, and Shopee solutions
  • Assist the team in terms of running the day-to-day operations, including reporting, performance tracking, sellers support

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher, able to commence a full-time internship for minimum 3 months in 2022
  • Analytical and comfortable with data, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
  • Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Excellent command of English with the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g.: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin)
  • Candidates with no / less than 1 year of experience are welcomed, and conversion opportunity is available
