Simplify the complex business flow to optimize the business by using Workflow.
Develop Workflow based on business requirement with Business Process Management module in Viewpoint.
Gather business requirement from stakeholders before Workflow implementation.
Negotiation and engagement with stakeholders through domain analysis and business process optimization frameworks.
