Responsibilities:
- Managing purchasing resources for high efficiency and good coordination in achieving on time supply and target inventory level.
- Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, potential cost increase, anticipation of market demand & supplier condition.
- Work closely with potential vendors to determine the best deal for the company while maintaining good relationship with existing vendors.
- Maintaining up-to-date product master file including all products cost & selling price.
- Analyze, plan and negotiate with potential suppliers for routine/seasonal/thematic promotion as needed to capture all sales opportunities.
- Preparing/reviewing new or existing outlet’s planagrom for better space utilization and improve customer’s shopping experience.
- Work closely with other departments for promotion execution, new outlet set up/opening and etc.
