JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Provide technical expertise to large tonnage customers, safety and technical experience in the field. Ensure quality in workmanship and profitability of the Team.
Responsible for the day to day operations and handling of the boiler and its ancillary equipment.
Ensure that the boiler and its ancillary equipment are at optimum operating condition at all times.
Plan daily operation, maintenance and repairs of the boilers and the related ancillary equipment at all times.
Performs schedules preventive maintenance, service and repairs of the boiler and related ancillary equipment.
Ensure boiler is operated in safe and efficient manner at all times.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess either Professional Certificate of Boilerman and registered with JKKP or Chiller and Mechanical Engineering related background or equivalent.
At least 3-5 Years experience.
Hands-on Servicing experience in Air Cooled and Water Cooled Chillers.
Hands-on experience in Screw compressor servicing
Experience in servicing of piston type compressors
Knowledge on detail parts of Chiller and Air conditioners
Servicing and Maintenance of Air conditioners
Servicing and Maintenance of Chiller Circulation pumps
Knowledge on Copper tube bracing and welding.
Knowledge on Cooling Towers and its maintenance.
Knowledge in Handling Electrical circuits of Chillers and basic knowledge on its control circuits and its controlling accessories
Experience in Maintenance of Thermal Oil Heaters ranges from 2MKcals to 3Mkcals.
Knowledge in Calculation of heating loads
Knowledge in Selection of Pumps and calculation of flow rate and pressure.
Knowledge in Pressure drop calculation of flow rates.
Knowledge in Calculating the Boiler Efficiency
Knowledge in comparing various types of Fuel and its efficiency.
Knowledge in safety regulation of handling Fuel Oil, Biogas and Natural gas.
