Responsible for Complaint handling activities (sample evaluation and complete investigation in TW)

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform customer complaint investigations according to BOP, DOP and corporate QA guidelines.
  • Perform complaint handling activities and ensure in maintaining of complaint room and all equipment in the room.
  • Responsible to ensure complaint samples are evaluated thoroughly and analyze using correct technique and able to provide appropriate root cause of defective products.
  • Responsible to ensure correct conclusions are made to complaint investigation specifically on unconfirmed or confirmed related to manufacturing or user related complaints.
  • To perform DHR review on Manufacturing (in process trend), Labeling (IFUs/Product Information) and FMEAs (severity), any similar cases or machines or operations related to complaint samples.
  • To provide daily report on the customer complaint
