DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Engaging outbound calls and inbound calls negotiating/educating/suggesting solutions for payment term for overdue accounts.
2. Responsible for conducting discussions with good communication methods comply with compliance need to ensure positive results.
3. Identify, manage and maintained the given accounts via system to ensure the smoothness of the work process.
4. Formulate plan and execute for achieving personal and team monthly target given.
5. Understand/learning product knowledge of the client and educate debtors for better results.
6. To obey the compliance guidance from clients.
7. Responsible to deliver daily and any ad-hoc tasks given by Operation Manager or Supervisor.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
1. Basic Salary starts from RM 1,700 to RM 2,700.
2. Attractive commission rate (total perk up to RM8,000).

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Qualifications: PMR/SPM/STPM/Certificate/Graduate Diploma/Degree.
2. Basic Computer Knowledge.
3. Good Communication Skill.
4. Required Language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English
5. High self-discipline, passionate, willing to learn and have good team spirit.
