Job content

• Analyse customer service requirement and inform of all available services
• Manage all customer issues and resolve all complaints effectively.
• Handling inbound calls, emails and WhatsApp pertaining to the customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company products.
• Analyse customer requirement for product and services and provide consultation to select appropriate product.
• Monitor all customer calls, analyse problems for products and services and ensure optimal solution for same.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Build sustainable relationship of trust through open the interactive communication
• Work in team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information including customer interactions, transactions comments and complaints.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Job Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or SPM/STPM
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Pro-active and self-motivated mind set.
• Preferably candidate with working experience in IT industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
