You are expected to be involved with:
  • Handling flight ticket related queries/requests in inbound calls, emails etc. for a World Leading International Airlines & giving efficient customer service.
  • Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and email.
  • Handling inbound calls related to pre/post travel queries from customers worldwide.
  • Assisting customer with making a reservation/modification/cancellation & flight information.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service.
  • Should understand the business needs and work accordingly in the interest of the organization.
  • Act as team player & co-ordinate with airlines, hotels and other partners to facilitate customer reservations.
Qualification:
  • Experience in Travel/Airline industry/Contact Centre/BPO will be an added advantage, but is not a must in order to apply.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Willing to work on 24/7 shift rotation.
  • Able to read & write in Mandarin as this role will be supporting mandarin speaking clients.
