Requirements:
* Min SPM or Diploma qualification
* Computer literate
* Good command in English and Chinese, both speaking and writing
* Willing to work in shift hours
* Preferably with working experience as Customer Service

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
* deal directly with customers either by telephone, eletronically or face to face
* respond promptly to customer inquiries
* process orders, forms, applilcations and requests
* follow up on customer interactions
* provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
