Job brief:
We are looking for a responsible Customer Service to resolve problems of members and merchants on daily transactions and promotional packages. Duties of the Customer Service include providing support to our managers, employees and agents, assisting in phone calls and text messages, and giving support to walk in customers.

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintains members’ complaints records by updating information in the database
Assist new member enrolment
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the members and merchants complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction; and following up to ensure resolution
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

Requirements:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Minimum diploma in any field
Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service’
