Job Responsibility
  • Handle all customer inquiries/complaints in specific language markets via live chat, social media and other online communication tools.
  • Handle product-related inquiries, complaints or any product-related issues by email or online in accordance with company guidelines. For example: WeChat, QQ and telephone contact.
  • Enthusiastic about customer service, responsible for customer experience and able to provide comprehensive solutions to problems.
Job Requirements
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and well behaved.
  • Team work as well as being able to work independently.
  • Able to withstand pressure, as well as maintain interpersonal skills and remain vigilant for help desk inquiries.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
  • Fluent in Mandarin oral and written skills.
