Customer Service (Freight Forwarder)

Responsibilities:-

• Prepare quotation for import, export & entertaining inquiries from customer.
• Booking, follow up & shipment coordinator for customers.
• Work closely with overseas agents to co-ordinate import, export shipment including rates enquiries.
• Notify customers on rate changes, market update and new implementations from carriers.
• Provide full administrative / coordination support to the sales team.
• Attend to incoming calls, enquiries, complaints & etc
• Provide reports as required by The Management

Job Requirements : -

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent in any field.
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic computer knowledge preferred : Microsoft Office Application.
• Candidates who can start work immediate will be added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang
