The Customer Success Representative is responsible for reaching and exceeding support adoption targets, exceeding customer retention rates, and up/cross selling additional products and services by helping customers achieve business value and ROI from their relationship with HariGaji.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong working and strategic relationships with clients including Executive level, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor with the goal to help customers progress on their transformation journey
  • Perform regular health checks with the assigned customer base to ensure customer success, areas of opportunity, secure renewals and up/cross selling
  • Identify risks and problems and offer solutions to them on-the-go
  • Meet and exceed all daily/monthly metrics outlined by the department
  • Participate in team meetings and take responsibility for customer success improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
  • Coordinating sales support activities with partners/consultants/distributors and resellers
  • Managing ad-hoc tasks on an as-needed by business
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Ready to start immediately
  • Work in office at Mont Kiara
