Job content


1. To assist Manager or Superior in all delivery & staging documentation / administration related matters for local & export.
2. Deal with delivery operation for documentation.
3. To assist supervisor in the smooth operation of delivery for customers.
4. Preparation of proper documents and the schedule of delivery for finished goods.
5. To prepare all claim from drivers and delivery sub-ordinate.
6. Submit delivery order copy and report to Credit Control by weekly.
7. Prepare delivery order document for local.
8. Prepare label for international order
9. Any ad-hoc assignment assigned by immediate superior as and when required.


1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Certificate or equivalent.
2. Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
4. Good in Microsoft Office system in the related field.
