Dental Nurse/ Receptionist/ Clinic Manager Job (full time)

Job Details:
1. Dental Assistant:
RM1500-2200 depending on performance and experience
-Schedule: 6 Working Days, able to work shifts 9.30-6.30pm OR 11-8pm OR 12-9pm and work on weekends (10-7pm)
-Assisting The Dentist, Keeping clinic clean, Handling instruments
2. Receptionist
RM2000-2500
- Answering Clinic’s phone.
- Able to speak fluent English and Mandarin
- Able to reply messages on social media, email, and what's app politely and arrange appointment systematically.
-Patient Follow-up.
-Managing clinic documentation
-Stock ordering
3. Clinic manager /Admin
RM2500 onwards depending on performance and ability
- Stock keeping and Stock ordering on behalf of Dr.
- Staff schedule arrangement
- Able to speak fluent English and Mandarin
- Able to keep track of all appointments and social media enquiries.
- Calculation of staff's salaries
- Managing clinic's account
- Able to make sure whole clinic operation runs smoothly.
- Provide training to staff
- Dealing / handling meetings with suppliers/marketing team

RM 1 500 - 3 000 per month
