Job Description

About the job Digital Marketing Manager
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goal (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Digital Strategy & Communications Management.
  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience working with B2B audiences designing, implementing, and measuring digital marketing programs across: website design and content, social media, email marketing, web analytics, search engine marketing and measurement.
  • Experience using search engine fundamentals for organic and paid search traffic, with proven experience reaching audiences through content strategies with measurable online success.
  • Understand web analytics and key performance metrics and tie them back to the basics around website usability and content management.
  • Experience using leading tools, techniques and best practices designed for online and mobile customer experiences. Experience in e-commerce and e-business a big plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Umbraco, Salesforce, Pardot. Front end development experiences a major bonus.
  • Must be fluent in English & Mandarin
Remuneration

Basic: RM4,500 – RM8,000
