The Company seeks highly motivated, proactive and creative individuals to join her progressive and dynamic Sales & Marketing team in the pursuit of value-added applications and product development for the range of products in her principals’ portfolio.

The company’s range of products are used in various industries such as Paints & Coatings, Building Materials, Adhesives, Metal-Working, Agricultural Pesticides, Household, Personal Care, Lubricants, Foam, Oil Extraction and etc. The Company has established presence in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Cambodia and soon will be expanding to other SEA countries.

Fresh graduates or experienced individuals who feel they have the aptitude and willingness to learn and be trained to be involved in the petrochemicals sector are invited to fill the following positions.

Job Description
  • Execute day to day sales operations (e.g. making regular sales calls/visits, handling sales inquiries and quotation, after sales service, attend complaints to improve customer satisfaction and payment collection within credit term)
  • Develop new sales volume in existing portfolio and expand new accounts by actively prospecting.
  • To build good rapport and understand the needs of customers, advise them regarding product application, pricing, promotions, solutions development and proposed delivery.
  • Able to interact with customers (at all levels) in a fast-paced competitive market by being proactive, resourceful and efficient.
  • To submit Daily and Weekly Pipeline reporting in a timely manner.
  • Performing monthly sales forecast & sell-out analysis.
  • Feedback market intelligence by gathering current market information on pricing, product, competitor activities, market trend, etc.
  • Self-equipped with fundamental of basic lubricant product knowledge through in-house trainings provided.
  • Must have no fear of rejection and have the ability to conquer objections.
