We are looking for a Engineering Executive specialising in Draughtsman & Maintenance Panner to ensure drawings and all maintenance activities are planned and performed in an optimized way, taken into account all the potential constrains, like: available manpower, production schedule, severity of potential failure, safety, food safety, available tools and spare parts, as well as the corresponding prioritization of activities. Key link with other departments (operational user) as well as the being the main person for all maintenance work orders KPI tracking and trending management.

A day in the life of...

• Enable world class maintenance planning in Operations (including operators and technicians), providing assets’ Maintenance according to the Nestlé Strategy (using TPM as the multi-disciplinary approach to maintain/improve fixed assets, and AMM to manage their life cycle). Support and contribute to have a proper technical store management.
• Support with data in building the maintenance budget (zero base), supported with the foreseen planned maintenance in each asset, in line with Guidelines.
• Ensure that the maintenance activities in industrial services are planned properly (including extraordinary activities and special charges)
• Support the technical stores management through a proper link between the planned maintenance activities and the required spare parts, in advance, to help the whole technical store optimization process.
• Ensure the planning of all maintenance activities are performed taken into account constrains on safety, food safety, energy/water consumption at factory level by analyzing the potential impact of any variable (e.g. high risk activities, spare part quality, materials, etc)
• Work directly with engineering department and factory internal departments to produce drawings and bills of material from sketches, existing drawings, electronic images, along with written and verbal descriptions.
• Work closely with all departments in plants to ensure that the drawings convey the correct formation and are error free
• Utilizes drafting resources to create new tools to efficiently carry out above mentioned tasks; includes hardware and software design.
• To update Drawing of plants, utilities, and facilities.
• To assist on supervision and management of civil works project in factories
  

What Will Make You Successful

• 3 years experience as a draughtsman/mechanical drafting/civil works and in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Technician, Engineering Supervisor, maintenance Engineer, or other similar position)
• Knowledge in AUTOCAD and 2 and 3 dimensional drawings
• Experiences as Maintenance Planner, including the planning and coordination of maintenance activities, taking into account production schedule and other standard activities related to maintenance planning (budget, safety permits, coordination with other operational areas, tracking of maintenance KPI’s, etc). Preferably including exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning techniques and maintenance execution.
• Participation in the coordination and planning of maintenance activities, taken into account SHE, food safety and other constrains in order to optimize the coordination of all maintenance activities (including, mechanical, electrical, electromechanic, instrumentation, industrial services, E&A, and operators basic maintenance activities).
• Recommended to have had participation in the start-up or commissioning of technical equipment and/or production line(s).
• Work following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them.
