Job Responsibilities:
1. To liaise with Landscape Architect and interpret conceptual designs into plans on tender drawings accurately.
2. To prepare detailed drawings on technical construction aspects in relation to the Architect / Designer's concepts, specifications, compliance to building by-laws, coordinating dimensions, coordinating drawing references, and compliance to CAD protocol.
3. Revise drawings and layouts accordingly to accommodate changes and enhancements given by the clients.
4. To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective team leader from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess at least Professional Degree / Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent.
2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the Architectural / Landscape Industry.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM standard, Revit, Adobe Photoshop & Sketch-up, and other 3D Max Studio & Lumion.
4. Strong decision-making, team player responsible, presentable, committed, and supportive Landscape Architect.
5. Good knowledge of Construction and specifications will be an added advantage.
