In your new role you will:
  • Hands-on troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, implement corrective action & preventive actions.
  • Recommend solutions to moderate problems with information.
  • Contribution to continuous improvement programs via initiating & executing projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency, OEE in term of Speed, Cost & Quality.
  • Meet/Exceed KPIs (Availability, Reliability, Cost & Yield) for assigned EQUIP ownership.
  • Schematic diagram reading, sketching, design, and modification.
  • Reports and presentations.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
  • 3:5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong knowledge, skills and experience in electrical troubleshooting.
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate and translate knowledge with technical and complex information.
  • Must be able to understand priorities of work in progress.
