AUTOMATION & AGV / WET / PECVD positions available, kindly apply to explore further on the details,

Responsibilities:

To Install, start-up, and endorse for Process Characterization PECVD Furnace equipment and its support/auxiliary tools.
Work with Tool Vendors, Facilities Engineering team, and Equipment Technicians closely to meet set schedules
To engage and work closely with Manufacturing Supervisors/Specialists, Process and Equipment Technicians to resolve daily line issues and to sustain the lines.
To provide first level engineering support for Main and Support equipment issues and be involved in engineering projects such as cost reduction, OEE improvement, second sourcing, yield & reliability improvement and new line/equipment start-up.
To review equipment data log, errors and SPC to ensure equipment are always running smoothly and develop necessary PM procedures, OCAPs and PM, etc.
To plan training programs for Equipment & PM Technicians for capability improvement.
To monitor and sustain daily equipment performance.
To maintain and achieve good mechanical and electrical yield.
To drive improvement projects to reduce repair and maintenance cost.
To perform root cause analysis on yield and address issues using problem solving methodologies such as 8D approach and 7QC Tools.
To support cost reduction for chemicals and spares using data analysis, engineering evaluation and characterizations.
To prepare for and attend required meetings.
To comply with the standards, norms and regulations of quality of the environment, health and safety and manufacturing.
To perform other tasks as required or assigned.

Requirements:

Degree or Master’s Degree in the field of Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in wafer cell manufacturing, wafer fabrication or PV Cells.
Module manufacturing background is preferable.
Analytical, able to perform risk analysis and mitigation with strong problem-solving skills (FMEA, 5 whys, 8D).
Good command of computer knowledge including MS Windows applications.
Good team player with good communication and negotiation skills.
If requested, should be willing to travel to China for training.
Ability to speak, write and read in Mandarin is an added advantage.
