Engineering Assistant

Job content

• To Monitor tooling and machine efficiency and coordinate with tool servicing and maintenance team for maintenance and improvements;
• To coordinate new transfer program and responsible to develop jointly on evaluating new processes charts;
• To motivate and develop the manufacturing workforce to increase productivity;
• To identify quality problems and their causes and institute corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurrence;
• To recommend solutions for non-conformance and then follow – up on the implementation to the solution;
• To involve in all corrective actions that are taken on any discrepancy found during inspections / audit pertaining to his areas;
• Responsible to do the line layout, jig & fixture and continuous improvement in shop floor.
• Responsible to meeting customer satisfaction.
