REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENTJob description:
-Manage and maintain all upkeep activities of the residential site
-Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance function related to estatement management
-Basic knowledge for marketing/ economic/ accounting related to estatement management
-Able to planning for land uses
-Lead and manage client-relationship
-Prepare document for client loan application
-Update contractor’s project activities
-Able to prepare cost reporting and cash flow related to estate management
-Show client house viewing / site viewing
-Other ad-hoc task
-Training provided
Requirement:
-Degree in Property Management/Real Estate Management
-Age Rerquirement : 24-27 years old
-Possess accounting knowledge & Good customer service skills
-Good written and verbal communication – English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
-Presentation, negotiation, time management skills
-Independent person
-Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
-Possess own transport
-Full time position available
