Full Training for Voice role (Customer Service), mainly perform call center role in handling inbound calls, to assist customer for the enquiries and complaints.
Full Training for Non-Voice (Backend Processing), mainly perform banking transaction checking and screening processing, basic investigation, reconciliation, transaction compliance.
  • Candidate possess SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Welcome banking & finance background candidate
  • Own OKU card by the government.
  • Good communication skill in English and Malay.
  • Full training will be provided
