Job Responsibility
1. Responsible for the HR and Administration activities such as recruitment ads, payroll, leave records, attendance, filings & office administration, etc.
2. Handle the recruitment process including sourcing of candidates, screening, coordinating interview and on-boarding
3. Maintain and update the employee HR personal files accurately whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
4. Manages the onboarding process for new hires including conducting the orientation sessions.
5. Responsible for payroll checking for staff’s overtime claim & monthly attendance,
6. Assist in organizing company CSR events like team building sessions, training programs, events, etc.
7. Handling clerical and administrative duties

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Fast learner, result-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate (eg. MS Office) is required; experience in using Million Payroll software is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
