Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Payroll Preparation & Checking.
2) Responsible for personal works.
3) Responsible for the control of document and data.
4) Government related (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRD).
5) Update attendance record & HR related documents.
6) Full spectrum of Human Resources fuctions.
7) Recruitment.
8) Review and implement policies and procedures.
9) Experience to handle Foreign Worker.
10) Liaising with relevant government authorities.
11) Develop training needs analysis (TNA).
12) HR HandBook.
13) Performing other assigned and ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
1) Degree/Diploma in HR Management/ or related & equivalent
2) Experience as HR Executive or HR Dept.
3) Able to work as part of a team
4) Good communication skills
5) Candidate must be fluent in English & Chinese
