Job content

  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Run referral bonus programs
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • To update, maintain and filling employee data in the HR system
  • To assist in recruitment process which includes preparing job adverts, checking application forms, sourcing candidate, schedule interview and making offers
  • To assist in monthly payroll processing and maintaining employee’s leaves, medical & attendance record
  • To maintain HR procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage and administer the organisation’s E-Leave system and ensuring accurate leave entitlement
  • Involve in pre-screening, shortlisting, interview and selection process
  • Familiar with market standard practice related to recruitment channels
  • Capability to understand job requirements, competencies, and capabilities required by the business
  • Possess the ability to assess and match the correct candidates to the role for the business requirements through interviewing
  • To handle on-board documents for new hires
  • To conduct new hire orientation program
  • Report preparations and any other ad-hoc activities related to HR function

Job Qualifications

  • Candidates must posses at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resources is required
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Employment Act regulations and its update from time to time
  • Overall HR experience in recruiting and employee lifecycle activities, including letter preparation and employee data management
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive & pro active attitude towards work
  • Able to understand English & Malay language, & able to speak in Mandarin.
