Job Description

Develop, execute and implement the administration of sound human resource systems and policies consistently, to ensure the company’s targets and objectives are achieved through the maximization of the organization’s human resources by effective management development and career path. To interface with the relevant Government Agencies and other public institutions to enhance the image of the company as a good corporate citizen.

  • Planning, directing and coordinating the personnel and industrial relations activities, policies and practices of an enterprise or organization
  • Planning and organizing procedures for recruitment, training, promotion, transfer and dismissal of staff
  • Assuring that the company’s staffing requirements are met in a timely manner to ensure full operational capabilities are realized and regulatory requirements are satisfied
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring compensation and rewards programs to ensure the company is able to attract, retain and motivate employees
  • Planning and organizing negotiations and procedures for determination of wage structures and level and for consultation with workers on conditions of employment
  • Developing and implementing training and development programs, manpower and succession plans to upgrade the skills of the people and enhance the company’s capabilities towards meeting its targets, objectives and future challenges
  • Developing and implementing safety programs to ensure a safe, hazard-free working environment that will also satisfy regulatory requirements
  • Providing consistent and equitable employee relations programs to ensure a healthy, fair and productive working environment
  • Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of management information systems
  • Ensuring compliance with standards and legislation relating to employees’ rights, health and safety, equal opportunity and related concerns
  • Developing and managing a positive inion-management relationship and maintain a dispute-free and mutually beneficial work climate
  • Overseeing the selection, training and performance of staff for the entire enterprise or organization
  • Consulting with senior management and with managers of other departments
  • Representing the enterprise or organization in dealings with outside bodies
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent in any field related to business administration
  • At least 8 years working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment
  • Strong communication skills with ability to optimize team performance and development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in human relations functions and good interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with positive work attitude
