Job Responsibility
  • Foreign Workers Management
  • Liaise with KDN, Immigration and JTK on foreign workers matters which include recruitment, application & renewal of foreign worker permit, repatriation arrangement and others.
  • Monitoring and handling foreign workers passport and permit expired date and renewal.
  • Apply special pass with Immigration (Online)
  • Keep track and renew company license for renewal
  • Apply Quota at JTK and Immigration (Online)
  • Handle SOCSO for foreign worker
  • Conduct orientation program to new employees.
  • To handle new permit application, renewal of permit, check-out memo, special pass & expatriate matters (EP).
  • Coordinates immigration issues/work permits with external counsel.
  • To assist in managing the foreign worker welfare.
  • Responsible for all HR & Administration daily functions
  • To assist in recruitment of local employees to fill up job vacancies in short period.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently, resourceful and good sense of responsibility.
  • Must have strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labor Law and practice, Statutory requirement and other related legislation.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Knowledge on RBA requirement is an added advantage.
