Job Responsibility
  • - In charge of payroll, recruitment, leave, medical claim
  • - Preparing memos, updating databases, and assisting in preparing letters/documents/records/reports. Schedules meeting, review suppliers’ proposal, quotation, or contracts.
  • - To monitor all processes and progress happening in the department
  • - Arranging for new staff departure (creating an email, work station & equipment, call card, and other necessary requirements)
  • - To involve in developing SOP by updating the current SOPs as well as proposing new SOPs within the approval of HOD
  • - Supporting with the implementation of HR policies, SOP, and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • - Assists with filling, secretarial and other tasks
Job Requirements
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good working attitude, committed & independent
  • Able to work under pressures
