Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in F&B
2. Must have experience in managing a team (minimum 2 person)
Job Scope :
• Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
• Brewing coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.
• Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
• Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level
• Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities
• Experienced in managing a team of at least 2 people
• May work special events, as needed
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday
