You will:
  • Responsible for supporting the evaluation of complex processes and/or business situations
  • Participate in consulting engagements across Dell
  • Support the identification of solutions and opportunities for improvement

Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years experience in consulting/ process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Effective project management and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated and strong drive for results
  • Experience in Power BI/ Automation/ SQL

Desirable Requirements
  • Experience in Six Sigma and process improvement
  • Exposure/knowledge of multiple GAT Consulting core methodologies is preferred: Six Sigma, Project Management, and Change Management
  • Experience in risk assessment or control design
