Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and Result -oriented IOT Support Engineer who is aggressive passionate in new research, new design, creative prototyping, commit project management documentation, Product support for advanced automated machine and IoT 4.0 system.

As an IOT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for electrical, programming and product troubleshooting for Blue Ocean IOT product. You are required to work closely with the Sales team, customer and manufacturer to ensure the customer use Blue Ocean developed software integrated electrical hardware product with optimum and excellence performance. Assist project manager to manage industrial IoT project to meet customer requirements and deadline.

Job detail

· A recognized Degree/Master in Software Engineering, Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

· 1-2 years working experience in related field.

· Working experience in machine design and knowledge in motion control, IOT 4.0 knowledge & PLC programming,Minimum 2 to 3 years hands on experience in the field of PLC, HMI, machine signal capturing, automation and control devices such as sensors especially for manufacturing industry. will be an added advantage.

· Knowledge in electrical wiring drawing.

· Programming knowledge in C#, Visual basic, C++ and ladder logic programming.

Degree in Electrical or Microelectronics or Computer Science or Software Engineering. Graduates from local or oversea universities are welcome. Fresh graduates and internship students are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

Assist project manager to perform project initial feasibility study to identify customer requirements and translate into recommended solutions

Work with customer, software engineer and sub-contractor to ensure project is able to complete on time project management

Provide onsite technical support and system trouble shooting

Execution of project such as hardware installation, wiring job, testing and commissioning

Technical manual writing

· SDLC and good in Programming troubleshooting skill.

· Troubleshoot product related error.

• Perform system design, implementation, enhancement, maintenance & support
• Designing, coding & debugging applications in various software languages according to SDLC.
• To evaluate the existing system/application to identify areas for improvements
• To handle software release, installation and upgrading process.
• Develop and update operation procedure and associated SDLC documentations.
• Provide on-site technical support and system trouble shooting

· Travel outstation to support handlers at customer side.

· Self starter and able to work independently.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

. Need to be able speak English and Malay, If able to speak Japanese will be more advantage.

Able to communicate and speak professional inGood command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, advantage if able to speak other foreign languages.
