Responsibilities

To assist IT Manager in selecting, designing, implementing, testing, maintaining and training to end user in all Application Systems.
To coordinate, monitor and report to IT Manager issues related to Application System between vendors and end users.
To compile end user requirements in developing and selection of suitable Application System for NMIT.
To install and maintain Windows Operating System and accessories such as printer for staff PC.
To maintain existing system such as a Door Access System, Y Soft System, Drupal Web Content
Management System and CCTV system (Software side).
To maintain website contents.
To maintain and troubleshoot problems in the computer Lab and Staff PC.
Asisst in day to day operation of IT Department.
Providing support, Including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Testing and evaluation new software like Learning Management.

Competency

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer science/Software Engineering.

At least two years of working experience are preferable.

Working knowledge of Windows Os desktop and Server.

Working knowledge of IIS server / Apache server, HTML and PHP programming language and MYSQL database is preferable.

Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.

Good oral and written communication in English language.
