Job content

Establish and maintain user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems
Assist in Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating system upgrades and troubleshooting.
Provide system support services, including service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting and restoration of service, virus protection management.
Provide 24/7 support for mission critical systems.
Assist in process of systems backup and recovery procedures
Assist in management of third party vendors.
Offer technical support to company staff and trouble shoot computer problems
Install and update company software and hardware as needed
Create multimedia content (social media/article/digital platform), graphic design and or video skills.
Assist in coordinating of promotional sales, exhibition, internal and external event.
Work with CMart Management team on event planning process, marketing, promotional material, data collection/research, joining project and team meeting.

Requirements :

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Familiar with Software of Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Editing to work on wide variety/ forms of media, retouch material, layout and or design.
keen attention to detail
Good organization, time management and prioritization
Efficient trouble shooting abilities.
Effective communication skills including speaking , writing and active listening.
