Responsibilities

• Support IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Participate in the deployment of new desktops or applications
• Ensure security and privacy of the Company’s networks and computer systems
• Track IT hardware inventory and software licenses renewal
• Able to share ideas or suggestions to improve current IT related operational flows
• Responding to any technical problems and requests and offer a solution in a timely manner
• Monitor and follow up with request tickets
• Assist with keeping documentation up-to-date
• Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or currently pursuing a study in Information Technology / Computer Science or any relevant field
• Successful completion of introductory courses in relevant Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills
• A valuable team player and able to work independently
• Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
