1. To negotiate best costing for product quote by supplier under Chill/Frozen/Fresh Market.
2. To plan on future promotions, schedule of items to supply and displaying of inventory on gondola/shelf.
3. To monitor the sales progress and performance monthly; providing the monthly review of sales and gains.
4. To work together with manager on upcoming events or planning of the particular department, monitor inventory turnover, sales performance and achievement.
5. Liaise with local and overseas suppliers for product sourcing, developing and pricing requirements.
6. Analyse market information to identify product trends/price trends/opportunities in order to develop competitive products/price to customers.
7. Decorate the product layout, schematic plan and display of store.
8. Carry out any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you by Management as deemed fit.
